Student organizations help foster the mission of CIU among the student body. The various student leaders represent student concerns and needs to the administration and organize a variety of student events. CIU has a variety of organizations (listed below) plus the various class and prayer groups that meet throughout the school year.

The Student Senate is the executive cabinet responsible for representing the students before the administration and communicating back to the students. The presidents of all student organizations serve on the Senate with the three student senate executive officers.  Visit the Senator for more information about what your Student Senate is doing.

The Student Union serves to provide social and outreach activities for CIU students. Various concerts, socials and community opportunities will be available. Check the CIU calendar for upcoming events.

Student Mission Connection plans SMC chapels, regional prayer groups, and other activities designed to inform and involve the CIU community in making Christ known worldwide.

The Finial is the annual yearbook prepared by students and their advisor.

African American Student Association serves the CIU body and the Columbia community by building bridges between ethnic cultures.

Mu Kappa serves and represents the needs of CIU's MK (Missionary Kid) and TCK (Third Culture Kid) students.

Grad Life Council is the governing body of the student body of Columbia Biblical Seminary & School of Missions and CIU Graduate School.

Married Student Association is composed of all married members of the CIU student body.
 
The Credo is a school newspaper that addresses campus issues, cultural hot topics, and comments on living life at CIU.
 
Pilgrims Protest is a school newspaper written by faculty, staff, and students for the free, confessional, and respectful exchange of all ideas.
 
The Exchange is designed to provide students with a creative outlet for growth in the humanities, fine arts and performing arts.
 
 ISA (International Student Association) is an organization designed to cater to those students who are far away from home. They hold events and get togethers to help new students get involved and acquainted with a new surrounding.
